During her two years at TestOil\nshe instituted a Lean management program that enabled her to successfully scale\nthe company, grow revenue significantly and cement the company\u2019s reputation for\noutstanding customer service-areas she will continue to focus on as president.<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She has also built on and\ninstituted the company\u2019s existing family culture. \u201cEveryone that works here is\ntreated as part of the family,\u201d she said. \u201cWe back it up with employee-friendly\npolicies such as promoting entirely from within and employee perks such as\nwellness programs, exercise programs and personal growth classes.\u201d Messuti also\nstarted the TestOil Gives Back program to benefit the larger Cleveland\ncommunity.<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Messuti has expanded\nproduct offerings, such as a new ecommerce site that allows users to order DIY\ntest sample kits online. Other new product offerings during her tenure include\ncoolant testing and biofuels testing. Messuti was also instrumental in\nlaunching \u201cTestOil Industrial Services\u201d\u2014 TestOil\u2019s CLS trained analysts pull\nsamples at the customer site.<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Before coming to TestOil,\nMessuti spent most of her career at heavy industrial and aerospace companies.\nShe lived and worked in Asia for four years, running Piper Aircraft, Inc.,\nAsia. She was also in charge of the pneumatic tool division for Ingersoll Rand\nInc. and was Vice President of Manufacturing for a division of B\/E Aerospace,\nInc.<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; TestOil CEO Dan Richards\nsaid, \u201cWe were so fortunate that Mary chose TestOil two years ago. Her track\nrecord was outstanding and her ability to ignite the success we were already\nexperiencing was apparent. We expected a lot from her and she continues to far\nexceed those expectations. I can\u2019t think of anyone better suited to lead us\ninto the future.\u201d<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; As President, Messuti will\nalso take a more prominent role in mergers and acquisitions and will work\nclosely with Richards to set strategy and expand goals. \u201cI will continue\nscaling the company on a national and global level,\u201d she said. \u201cLean has been\nkey to expanding and I want to intensify this program,\u201d she said. \u201cIt allows us\nto continuously improve the flow and efficiency of the lab and increase the\nquality of test results and customer reports.\u201d During the two years Messuti has\nbeen at TestOil, the company has doubled the size of the lab and is planning to\nfurther expand the campus.<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Messuti has a BS in\nIndustrial Engineering from West Virginia University and an MS in Operations\nManagement from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. She enjoys\nliving in Medina, Ohio.
