That\u2019s what we\nare here for.\u201d&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TestOil\u2019s KickStart Program<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The post-COVID-19 reopening is an excellent time to\nget back on track if, prior to this, the oil was either being tested\nirregularly or not being tested at all.&nbsp;\nTestOil has developed a program for exactly these situations. Called <em>KickStart<\/em>, key elements include:&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Month 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Initial consultation:\n     Meet virtually<\/li><li>Develop goals and\n     expectations<\/li><li>Establish the\n     criticality of the machines<\/li><li>Establishing\n     communication between both parties<\/li><li>First onsite visit to\n     familiarize the TestOil team with the operation&nbsp; <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This initial visit will serve as an audit that\nallows TestOil to create a full roster of the equipment, tag the equipment that\nis going to be sampled, and meet with the program manager and maintenance\nteam\/personnel. At that time TestOil will establish sampling frequency, make\nsample port recommendations, and detail other continuous improvement ideas that\ncould be accomplished during this program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Months 2 and 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Second onsite visit to\n     the facility<\/li><li>Establish the oil\n     sample collection process<\/li><li>Best practices review<\/li><li>Future state\n     recommendations<\/li><li>Follow up virtual\n     meeting and report review<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Accompanied by the customer\u2019s team, TestOil will\nwalk through the facility to collect the requisite oil samples. They will\nexplain each step thoroughly so that the customer can begin to gain an\nunderstanding of the sample collection process and best practices. As TestOil\nillustrates best sampling practices, they will provide recommendations. A\nfollow-up to this onsite visit will be coordinated virtually. Discussion points\nwill include results and reports of the initial sample collection, an overview\nof the database, and any action items pertaining to progress made thus far in\nthe program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Months 4 and 5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Third onsite visit to\n     the facility<\/li><li>Audit of sample\n     collection<\/li><li>Review of best\n     practices<\/li><li>Virtual follow-up<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This visit will have plant personnel taking the lead\nin the sample collection process, with supervision by a TestOil representative.\nDiscussions will continue about best sampling practices and sample port\nrecommendations. TestOil will also bring printed reports to review with the\nprogram manager in person to further explain testing results. A virtual\nfollow-up to this visit will again be coordinated with the program manager to\ndiscuss any action items that have arisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Month 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Final onsite visit to\n     the facility<\/li><li>Program handoff<\/li><li>Final audit of sample\n     process<\/li><li>Certification from\n     TestOil<\/li><li>Finalize the program\n     manual<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This visit will correspond with a program handoff.\nThe TestOil representative will observe plant personnel pulling several oil\nsamples on their own to ensure proper process and technique. The culmination of\nthe hands-on training, training videos, and online<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>quizzes will be TestOil certification, which will be\nprovided upon completion of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Once\nthe program is completed and the first oil sample has been collected, TestOil\nwill schedule a phone call or virtual meeting to follow up on the customer\u2019s\nprogress.
