It answers the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Is the equipment being sampled on schedule?<\/li><li>What are the issues testing is uncovering?<\/li><li>Are the issues being resolved?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cA well-executed reliability program is a proven way to reduce operating costs and increase revenue, but it requires goal-setting, planning, action, measurement, and adjustment to ensure efforts are aligned with goals,\u201d David explains.&nbsp; \u201cA KPI really depends on the audience and the behavior it is trying to drive \u2013 it should drill down deep enough to offer specific guidance to equipment asset owners.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The KPIs in the Schedule Compliancy report let plant management know, at a glance, whether or not the oil analysis report recommendations are being followed up on and whether test results are improving over time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cThe purpose of a KPI is to drive behavior, but it has to fit the system that the customer already has,\u201d David says. \u201cEvery business is a little bit different.
