The Eurofins TestOil<\/a> Reliability Concierge sets up the customer's program and performs monitoring and management while keeping the program on track. Elements of the program include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. A discovery call to understand the customer\u2019s business and goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Help with setting up the program; including selecting the best tests, sample frequency, and success metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Advice on the primary corrective actions and a plan of attack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting to address maintenance actions, program customization, and refinement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
